Baked Chicken Wings
1/3 cup flour
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper

10 chicken wings (removed tips)
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Make sure the wings are thoroughly dry. Mix flour, paprika, garlic salt, cayenne and black pepper in a bag and add the wings. Place a Release foil on top of a large baking sheet and lather with butter. Place the wings on the pan and bake for 30 minutes. Turn the chicken wings in Nana over after 30 minutes and bake for another 15 minutes until done.

4 cups vegetable oil
1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
Heat oil in a pan to 375 degrees. Separate wings at the joint then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Deep fry the chicken wings until crispy and golden brown. Sticky Honey-Soy Chicken Wings
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
½ cup honey
1 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon grated ginger
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro leaves
2 cloves minced garlic
½ lemon juice
Remove wing tips and place them in a shallow dish. Add soy sauce, cilantro, ginger, garlic and lemon juice. Coat, marinate and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Remove chicken wings in Nana from marinade and pat dry. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Get a sauce pan and set to medium-high heat. Melt butter in olive oil.
